How it Works
STEP ONE - Click on the CONTACT ME button below and let us know which Wedding Pictures Package you have selected
STEP TWO - We create your "Custom Project Payment" invoice and email you a copy. We require 1/2 down before we start your project. You will safely pay your invoices right on this secure website.
STEP THREE - Once we receive your first payment we email you "Questionnaire #1" to obtain important information to use on your Save-the-Date Cards, Bridal Shower Invitations & Wedding Invitations
STEP FOUR - You email the completed "Questionnaire #1" & your photos for your Save-the-Date Cards, Bridal Shower Invitations and Wedding Invitations
STEP FIVE - We edit your photos & create your custom Save-the-Date Cards, Bridal Shower Invitations & Wedding Invitations
STEP SIX - We send you a link so you can review your completed cards and invitations. After you have fully reviewed them, you email us your final approval or let use know of any additional changes you want made. We don't stop editing until you are 100% in love with your photos.
STEP SEVEN - Once we receive your final approval, we print your Save-the-Date Cards, Bridal Shower Invitations & Wedding Invitations and mail them to you.
STEP EIGHT - We email you "Questionnaire #2" so you can start working on information you want included in your Wedding Photo Album, Thank You Cards & Newly Weds First Christmas Cards. We also email you our helpful printouts, "Smile for the Camera" and "Wedding Day Timeline" to help you plan your wedding day photo shoot.
STEP NINE - Email your completed "Questionnaire #2" and your wedding photos to us.
STEP TEN - We complete all the editing and background changes on your wedding photos and create your Wedding Photo Album, Thank You Cards & Newly Weds First Christmas Cards. At this point your "PROOFS" are done and we email you the final payment invoice.
STEP ELEVEN - Once we receive your final payment we send you a link so you can review your Wedding "PROOFS". After you have fully reviewed them, you email us your final approval or let use know of any additional changes you want made to your photos. We don't stop editing until you are 100% in love with your photos.
STEP TWELVE - Once we receive your final approval, we print your entire package and mail it to you. We also email the digital Wedding Photo Album which you can then share online with family and friends.
Nothing is Overlooked
We provide you with helpful checklists to make sure your wedding day stays on schedule and no important photo shot is missed.
"Wedding Day Time-Line" will provide you a timeline to follow for scheduling photos before, during and after the wedding ceremony.
"Smile for the Camera" provides a complete photo shoot checklist of all the poses and group shots you will want included in your wedding portfolio. It also has helpful tips to insure you get the best photos possible.
We have thought of everything - so you won't forget anything.
